Design/Build saves the client money by cutting out the middle man, and also ensures a continuous flow of information from the designers to those in the field that are constructing the project. By having construction managers, project managers, engineers and architects working under the same roof and having General Contractor licenses allows us to function under the designer led Design/Build model. Using this model the design and construction process becomes transparent and expedited. By having extensive experience with design/build projects, our design team has invaluable knowledge of the construction process, providing buildable designs, continuous value engineering, higher quality, short project schedules at a lower cost.

Our construction management team has experience in design, value engineering, construction, project management, risk mitigation, safety management and safety training. By incorporating background knowledge of the entire process, from the proposal phase through final punch list, our construction managers are able to mitigate risks, many times preventing issues or delays from unknown conditions in the field. They work closely with our project managers to ensure that the project runs smoothly, on time and on budget.
